What if I don’t have Social Media presence?

Whether you are launching a start-up or leading an established company, you should start establishing your social media presence if you haven’t already. The easiest way to start is often by setting up a help line, so that customers can ask questions about your product or service. Listen and respond thoughtfully, and you will be on your way.

Recommended steps:

  • Identify an Online Community for Your Business: Once you have the tools, you need to build an audience.
  • Must-Have Social Meta Tags for Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and More: Social interactions are frequently shared, and you want to make sure they show up with all the relevant rich information. Our own Cyrus Shepard shows you how to set that up.
  • Using Google+ to appear in the Top Results Every Time: Google+ has some remarkable advantages that no other social network offers.
